High Point University Athletic Department

• I have interned with the High Point University athletic department for nearly three years since my freshman year. I cover and report on the men's soccer and the men's and women's basketball teams as a journalist and reporter. In this role I write feature stories on an athlete, game recaps, coach or player profiles, or any other storylines. I attend all of the sporting events, sit at the press box write a story on the game while also executing pre- and post-game interviews with players and coaches. I have published nearly 40 articles with the athletic department.

HPU Broadcast Shows and Panther Pregame

• I am a part of multiple television broadcast shows at High Point University where I have been a main anchor, news anchor, sports anchor and reporter, live shot reporter, field reporter, or responsible for packages that involve interviews and b-roll. I am also involved in the pre- and post-production of the show which includes script writing, editing b-roll clips, getting interviews, etc. I also just recently started up my own sports talk show called Sideline Shuffle where I will be the show runner, producer, and talk show host.

High Point University Radio Play-by-Play

• I do the radio play-by-play for HPU women's soccer as well as HPU men's and women's basketball so I am responsible for doing extensive research before games to make sure that listeners are fully informed on every specific detail throughout the games.

The ViewPoint Newspaper

• The ViewPoint is a student-run, non-profit, newspaper that I have written for The ViewPoint since my freshman year and am responsible for writing and reporting on sports news and headlines across the campus of High Point University and the community of High Point. I have published over 20 articles for the newspaper.
